Build POD – Provides the ability to continue making significant enhancements to new applications.This also helps focus on what is needed for the client in real-time and limits the number of defects and CRs discovered or needed during the development phase.
Run POD – Continue work on helping sunset legacy, managing day-to-day efforts, making small enhancements, and resolving issues.
Hybrid POD – Has the best of both worlds as it is a combination of resources that have experience in the Run POD activities but also provides the innovation of a Build POD.
